What Youll Own: Lead the full sales cycle — prospect, pitch, propose, close Sell our A-to-Z of FM services: HVAC, MEP, Housekeeping, Pest Control & more Work with the ops & tech teams to build custom solutions for each client Meet Facility Heads, Admins, Procurement Heads — and make them say “YES” Negotiate like a boss — pricing, contracts, scope Keep your pipeline strong and clean using CRM Mentor junior execs (because you're that good) Show up at industry events, panels, and forums — as the face of Accordible Smash your targets. Get rewarded.
