Senior Architect

Oranzai Builders is hiring a talented Senior Architect with a minimum 4 years of experience in architectural design, planning, and execution. We are looking for someone passionate about both creative design and practical delivery, who can independently manage design projects and lead a small team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Ownership: Develop architectural drawings from concept to execution including plans, elevations, sections & details.
• Creative Ideation: Provide visually compelling and functional design solutions.
• Interior Design Integration: Optimize floor plans with a focus on space, structure, and aesthetic interior layouts.
• Site Coordination: Collaborate actively with the on-site construction team to ensure design implementation.
• Client Management: Attend client meetings, present concepts, and integrate feedback.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and manage junior architects or interns.
• Software Proficiency: Efficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and related design tools.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
• Experience: Minimum 4 years in architectural design and detailing
• Languages: Proficiency in English and Malayalam
