Senior Architect

Mithi Architects is seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join our team at our Pulpally, Wayanad office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, project supervision, and client communication for residential and commercial projects. This role requires a strong portfolio, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality architectural solutions. Roles & Responsibilities Lead architectural projects from initial concept through completion, ensuring design excellence and adherence to project goals and timelines. Develop innovative, sustainable, and efficient design solutions tailored to each project. Oversee all aspects of the design process, including feasibility studies, schematic design, construction documents, and on-site supervision. Collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to align architectural vision with client goals and budget constraints. Mentor and guide junior architects and designers, fostering a culture of learning and creativity. Conduct regular site visits to ensure projects meet quality standards, building codes, and regulations. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and design reviews to stakeholders. Stay updated with architectural trends, advancements, and best practices, applying new ideas to enhance projects. Qualifications Bachelor's in Architecture (B. Arch)/ Master's in Architecture. 3+ years experience (Design and On-Site) Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and sustainability practices.
