Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee architectural design processes for high-rise and luxury real estate projects.
Develop detailed design concepts and collaborate with internal teams and external consultants.
Ensure designs meet local regulations, codes, and company standards.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
Review and approve architectural drawings, specifications, and materials.
Manage design changes during construction and provide solutions to challenges.
Mentor junior architects and contribute to team development.
Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelors or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
8+ years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on real estate development.
Proven expertise in high-rise and luxury projects.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite.
Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and construction methods.
Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
Creative mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with reputed real estate developer firms.
Membership in professional bodies such as COA, RIBA, or equivalent.
