Role Description

Admission Counsellor Senior

As an Admission Counsellor, you will be responsible for guiding prospective students and their families through the enrollment process, answering inquiries, hosting information sessions, conducting interviews, and assisting with application submissions. You will also collaborate with the admissions team to develop and implement strategies for student recruitment and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field

• Prior experience in admissions or student counseling, preferably in an educational institution

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with admissions processes and educational systems
• Knowledge of educational programs and curriculum

• Minimum 7 years of experience required

• Delhi/NCR Candidates will be preferred .
