Senior Accountant

As a Senior Accountant at Enorme Lifesciences Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in managing all financial activities with a focus on ensuring compliance with GST, EPF, ESI, TDS, and other statutory requirements. Your responsibilities will include overseeing accounting operations, preparing financial statements, coordinating regulatory reporting, and maintaining party ledgers. You will also be responsible for bank reconciliations, balance sheets, financial reporting, and handling sales and purchase bills. Key Responsibilities: - Manage all accounting operations such as Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition. - Prepare timely monthly financial statements and regulatory reporting. - Research technical accounting issues and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. - Conduct bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly. - Maintain and reconcile party ledgers for accurate financial records. - Prepare balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and analyze financial statements for discrepancies. - Ensure timely and accurate processing of sales and purchase bills. - Assist in developing business processes and accounting policies for internal controls. Qualifications: - MBA in Finance or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior accounting role. - In-depth knowledge of GST, EPF, ESI, TDS, and accounting principles. - Experience with general ledger functions and accounting software. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Preferred Skills: - Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
