Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Academic Counselor who can guide students and professionals in choosing the right career path through our specialized training programs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in academic counseling or sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students and working professionals on various training programs offered in IT, Accounts, Management, and Fashion.
• Understand individual career goals and recommend suitable courses.
• Follow up on inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins.
• Convert leads into enrollments by providing accurate and compelling information.
• Coordinate with faculty and administrative teams to ensure smooth onboarding of students.
• Maintain student records and prepare regular reports on counseling outcomes.
• Achieve monthly enrollment targets and contribute to the growth of the institute.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an academic counselor or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to handle multiple inquiries and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of the education and training industry is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred in education, management, or related fields).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,007.87 - ₹40,488.40 per month
