Security Supervisor

Oversees the daily workflow, schedules, and assignments of security staff including security guards and desk clerks. Manage and oversee security personnel, ensuring the safety and security of a facility and its occupants by planning, implementing, and monitoring security protocols and responding to incidents.

• Supervising, training, and evaluating security personnel.
• Scheduling shifts and coordinating work assignments.
• Ensuring adherence to security protocols and procedures.
• Monitoring security systems (Parking, Fire, alarms, etc.).
• Responding to security incidents and emergencies.
• Conducting regular patrols and inspections.
• Identifying and mitigating potential security risks.
• Preparing reports on security incidents and activities.
• Maintaining accurate records of security operations.
• Communicating with management and relevant authorities.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure security coordination.
• Implementing and maintaining security policies and procedures.
• Ensuring the safety and well-being of personnel and visitors.
