It is essential to remain updated on and implement the most recent SEO practices such as E-A-T, Core Web Vitals, and AEO. You will be tasked with performing in-depth SEO audits, providing actionable recommendations, guiding keyword research, optimizing content, and implementing technical SEO strategies. Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on SEO performance using industry-standard tools will also be part of your role. Additionally, you will contribute to building and updating SEO training materials and documentation. To be successful in this role, you should possess a minimum of 2 years of SEO experience, with training and mentoring experience considered a plus. A deep understanding of On-Page, Off-Page, Technical & Local SEO is crucial, along with hands-on experience using tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, Tag Manager, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog. Familiarity with AEO, voice search, featured snippets, and AI-driven SEO practices is required. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential for effectively conveying information to various audiences. Preferred skills for this position include experience in conducting SEO workshops or webinars, the ability to develop SEO modules, learning paths, or video-based courses, and a creative mindset with a focus on achieving results.
