Others Roles & Responsibilities Safety and security Entrance gates opening and closing every day Classroom and office doors opening and closing every day Ensure security/coordinators are at gate during entry and exit times and are swiping RFID for all pre-primary and G1 students Security staff alertness at all times Security staff grooming Visitor management (records/tags checking) CCTV footage monitoring every day Accompanying and monitoring labourers/repairmen on campus Traffic management Managing vehicular traffic outside the campus during a drop and pick up of children by parents (morning, noon and evening) Utility management Ensuring the following utilities are functioning smoothly every day: RO water filters Water motor operation and tank level monitoring STP monitoring and clearance, as and when required UPS/Generator switching on during power cut Garbage clearance Fumigation - twice every week Gas - Lab First aid Preventive maintenance Ensuring preventive maintenance for following is done periodically, with the help of AMC/vendors: Fire extinguishers UPS/Generators RO water plants Water motors STP Intercom lines Transformer Lift service Civil work monitoring Reporting any civil/ maintenance issues to head office immediately on noticing Identifying vendors (in coordination with head office) to execute the work Coordinating with vendors for any civil work that is required in the campus (eg. plumbing, electricity points repairs, tiles repair etc.) Escalate internally if work is not being carried out as per agreed timelines with vendors Transportation coordination Daily timing tracking of all buses Falcon reports monitoring and discussion with bus drivers and attendants every day Departure process - queuing, timing, bus-child accuracy and ensuring no child is left behind Back up facilities when bus breakdown occurs Bus maintenance and repair Ensure daily cleaning of buses Random bus route check once every week Transportation route mapping once every year Others Arranging facilities for events/competitions - cleaning grounds/amphitheatre, arranging microphones/speakers/generators/projectors etc. Bank visits, as and when required Asset management - receiving assets, tagging assets, physical verification of all assets every quarter; identifying assets to be disposed of and ensuring appropriate disposal, after approvals. Ensure all assets being delivered to campus are received, checked for physical condition, stored/installed at the said location and DC signed off.
