A service manager with high level knowledge of SAP IT service delivery (preferably SAP IS Retail/CAR or SAP ECC/ HANA). S/he should be having in-depth understanding and more than 5 years of experience in ITSM, incident management, change management and release management. Having overall understanding of risk and compliance in service management. Conversant of service level KPIs and proficient in communication with senior level client contacts.
The person should be experienced in managing cross culture team of multiple vendors and should have inclination in working on continuous improvement and innovation agenda.
Proficient in Jira, ServiceNow and worked in agile methodology and comfortable in managing sprints.
