Aatral Technologies India Pvt Ltd celebrates 13 years, and certified SAP Silver Partner, is looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented ERP Sales Executive and Lead to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving business development and sales for our ERP solutions. We are looking for the expert who can confidently engage with prospective and potential clients, understand their business challenges, and present the ERP offerings that improve efficiency and drive real results. Position: Full Time Work Location: Bangalore Mode: Work from Office (WFO) Key Responsibilities Identify and research potential clients in the ERP/SAP space. Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, and follow-ups. Schedule and coordinate product demos or introductory meetings with prospects. Understand basic client needs and route them to the appropriate internal teams. Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and documentation. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP solutions, industry trends, and competitors. Update and manage leads, contacts, and activities in CRM tools. Work closely with senior sales team members for deal support and client follow-ups. Track and report pipeline progress, meeting schedules, and follow-up actions. Participate in internal sales meetings, training sessions, and planning discussions. Qualifications & Requirements (Preferred candidate profile) Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 5-8 years of hands-on experience in SAP Sales/Presales/ERP Solutions, particularly in solutions like SAP S/4HANA and SAP Cloud BTP based solutions. Engage in cold calling and direct outreach to prospects. Experience in Retail (Apparel and Fashion Industries), Real Estate, Pharma, Process and Manufacturing Industries. Proven experience in sales, preferably within the ERP or software industry. Strong understanding of ERP solutions, B2B sales and their impact on business processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
