SAP MDG Sr. Developer / Jr Architect

You will be joining Thoucentric, the Consulting arm of Xoriant, a leading digital engineering services company with over 5000 employees. Headquartered in Bangalore, Thoucentric has a global presence spanning multiple locations in India, US, UK, Singapore, and Australia. As part of the Consulting business, you will play a key role in assisting clients with various services including Business Consulting, Program & Project Management, Digital Transformation, Product Management, Process & Technology Solutioning, and Execution in areas such as Analytics & Emerging Tech across functional domains like Supply Chain, Finance & HR, Sales & Distribution in regions like US, UK, Singapore, and Australia. Your primary responsibility as an SAP MDG Sr. Developer / Jr Architect will involve reporting to the Data Tech leader/Program Manager, contributing value to the business and digital team, and aligning with the Master Data COE mission. Working closely with Product Managers, you will be an integral part of the scrum team, actively engaging in sprints. Your role will require strong interpersonal skills and a solid understanding of SAP MDG and related technologies. Key responsibilities include designing and building MDG solutions, configuring baseline settings, activating relevant BC Sets, enhancing Data Modeling, UI Models, Process Models, MDG UI Configurations, Workflow configurations, and more. You will also be involved in customizations beyond standard offerings, data migration, integration with Fiori, knowledge of CVI, Key mapping, Value mapping, S/4 Hana migration projects, and enhancements related to BADIs used in MDG. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 6 years of SAP Master Data Governance experience with at least 2 full lifecycle implementations in MDG. Deep expertise in SAP-MDG E2E configurations is essential, along with strategic thinking to implement global data standards and technical/process solutions effectively. Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills are required, along with the ability to communicate effectively, collaborate with various stakeholders, and work in a global distributed team setting. You will be expected to hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Additionally, proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance, SAP MDG, domain knowledge in Supplier, Customer, Finance, and practical problem-solving abilities are vital for this position.
