Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain accurate records of customer orders, invoices, and shipments.
Coordinate with the sales team to resolve customer complaints and issues.
Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products.
Analyze and resolve complex customer service issues efficiently.
Provide training and support to junior team members.
