SAP ARIBA Supplier Risk Consultant

As a SAP ARIBA Supplier Risk Consultant, you will be responsible for conducting design workshops for Ariba Supplier Risk processes, configuring and testing solutions, providing user training, and supporting deployment to production. Your scope will encompass all key modules of Ariba Supplier Risk, including integration with Rapid Ratings and system integration with backend S/4 HANA. One of your key responsibilities will be master data setup, which involves setting up supplier data and defining risk categories for commodities, regions, and departments. You will be required to apply risk assessments based on the nature of goods/services, geographical locations, and internal organizational structures. Furthermore, you will be responsible for configuring risk exposure, category weights, and thresholds to trigger alerts or further actions based on risk scores. This will involve working with scoring models, questionnaires, templates, approval workflows, and integrating with external data providers such as Rapid Ratings to enrich supplier profiles with external risk intelligence. In addition, you will need to configure automated processes for enriching supplier data with external information, conduct periodic reviews, manage alerts and notifications, and provide reporting and analytics. Integration with other SAP Ariba modules and ERP systems, specifically Supplier Lifecycle and Performance and ERP system data synchronization, will also be part of your role. To be successful in this role, you are required to have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field, along with at least 4-6 years of hands-on experience with Ariba. Deep expertise in SAP Ariba platform, including the Supplier Risk module, is essential. Integration experience with Rapid Ratings is preferred. Moreover, you should have knowledge of supplier risk management principles and best practices, strong data analysis skills, excellent communication abilities to conduct workshops and explain solutions to senior users and management, proficient problem-solving skills to identify and resolve supplier risk issues, and experience in integrating SAP Ariba with other systems.
