Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Ladies section -

Salesperson located in New Delhi. The Salesperson will be responsible for assisting customers, managing sales transactions, maintaining inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service. Daily tasks include greeting customers, understanding their needs, providing product recommendations, handling payments, and continuously updating product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Experience in sales and inventory management
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills for managing sales transactions and inventory systems
• Fluency in English and Hindi
• Previous experience in the fashion retail industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
