Job Description

Role:  Sales Lead Salesforce

Experience: 3+ years

Location:

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive

    Salesforce cloud solution

    or broader

    IT solution sales

    through

    consultative and solution-based selling

    .
  • Work closely with

    Salesforce Account Executives

    to target and win new business opportunities.
  • Own the complete

    B2B sales lifecycle

    , including cold outreach, product demos, proposals, and deal closures.
  • Execute

    field sales strategies

    by meeting clients onsite and representing the company at business meetings and events.
  • Collaborate with

    presales and technical teams

    to create tailored client solutions.
  • Maintain and update

    CRM tools

    to track pipeline, performance, and forecasts.
  • Build strong relationships with

    CXOs, IT Heads, and Procurement Leaders

    to influence decision-making and accelerate sales cycles.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum

    3 years of experience

    in

    IT solution sales

    including both inside and field sales.
  • Proven

    track record of B2B sales

    success, especially in closing

    enterprise deals

    .
  • Experience working within the

    Salesforce partner ecosystem

    and engaging in

    co-selling with AEs

    .
  • Strong understanding of

    presales processes

    , solution demonstrations, pricing strategies, and proposal preparation.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to

    travel

    for client meetings, events, and field sales activities.
