• Design and develop assets for website upgrades, ensuring that design elements are visually appealing and aligned with the companys brand identity.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce high-quality print and digital marketing collateral, including posters, banners, flyers, and advertisements.
• Prepare files for print and digital media, ensuring design integrity, proper formatting, and adherence to branding guidelines.
• Support the creative team in brainstorming and conceptualizing design ideas, with a focus on innovative and visually compelling solutions.
• Maintain and organize design assets, ensuring they are easily accessible for team use and are optimized for different formats.
• Stay up to date with design trends, software updates, and industry best practices, particularly in social media design and digital marketing.
• A Bachelors degree/ certification course in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in Adobe (illustrator & photoshop), Canva and Figma is an added advantage
• Basic understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Familiarity with web design basics (HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus).
• A portfolio showcasing your design work (can include academic projects, internships, or personal work).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to accept feedback positively.
• A passion for creativity and a strong desire to learn and grow in the design field.
