Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement advanced solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, etc.). Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, SMS, push, and web using AMP script, SQL, and scripting tools. Lead Marketing Cloud integrations with Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud using connectors, APIs, and data extensions. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable and performant solutions. Lead and mentor a team of developers or junior marketing cloud consultants, ensuring best practices and quality standards. Implement and manage data segmentation, personalization strategies, and dynamic content. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and system bugs. Contribute to roadmap planning, solution design, and technical architecture for marketing automation. Ensure CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other compliance requirements are followed in marketing practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: 8+ years of Salesforce experience, including 4+ years of hands-on Marketing Cloud development. Strong experience in AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, APIs, Data Views, and CloudPages. Proficient in using Marketing Cloud tools: Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Contact Builder, and Audience Builder. Solid understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud, with hands-on configuration and development experience. Experience integrating Marketing Cloud with core Salesforce clouds via Marketing Cloud Connect or APIs. Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs for data exchange between Salesforce platforms and third-party systems. Experience in leading technical teams, managing workloads, and mentoring junior resources. Salesforce certifications preferred: Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Marketing Cloud Consultant Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant Platform Developer I/II (good to have)
