Salesforce Developer - Conga

As a Salesforce Developer, your primary responsibility will be to develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other relevant technologies. You will collaborate with stakeholders and end-users to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design scalable Salesforce solutions. Your role will also involve designing, developing, and maintaining custom objects, workflows, validation rules, process builders, and other Salesforce configuration elements. In addition, you will be responsible for implementing integrations between Salesforce and other systems using REST and SOAP APIs, performing data migrations, and ensuring data integrity within Salesforce. Thorough testing and debugging of Salesforce applications will be essential to ensure optimal performance and functionality. You will provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, administrators, and end-users, staying up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases and features to proactively suggest ways to leverage them in our organization. You should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience, with at least 5 years of proven experience as a Salesforce developer. A strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and its capabilities is required, along with solid experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce configuration. Knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns and experience working with REST and SOAP APIs is essential. Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like AngularJS or React is a plus. Experience with Copado, Salesforce DX, and source control systems like Git is preferred. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I are highly desirable. Familiarity with agile development methodologies and experience working in an agile environment is beneficial. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, enabling you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. As a self-motivated individual, you should be able to work independently and efficiently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification, working on Lightning Experience, CICD tools like Copado, and CLM applications like Conga and Revenue Applications like Revpro will be advantageous for this role.,
