Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Skills and Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in Conga CLM, LWC, and Apex development. Proficient in Salesforce development including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. Strong understanding of REST and SOAP web services. Experience with data modeling and management in Salesforce. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Description We are seeking a skilled Conga CLM Business Analyst (Conga-CLM-BA) to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract lifecycle management and will be responsible for implementing and optimizing Conga CLM solutions to meet business requirements. Responsibilities Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for the implementation of Conga CLM solutions. Design and configure Conga CLM solutions to meet business needs. Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective use of the Conga CLM platform. Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to the Conga CLM system, providing timely resolutions. Participate in project planning and status meetings to provide updates on progress and roadblocks. Create and maintain documentation related to system configurations, workflows, and processes. Skills and Qualifications 7-10 years of experience working with Conga CLM or similar contract lifecycle management tools. Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools to extract insights from contract data. Strong understanding of contract management processes and best practices. Experience in business process mapping and documentation. Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
