Job Description: We are looking for a Salesforce Product Analyst, immediate joiner preferred, to join our team and drive the optimization of our Salesforce platform. This role involves working closely with stakeholders, gathering business requirements, and ensuring seamless implementation of Salesforce solutions to enhance business processes. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions. Analyze, configure, and optimize Salesforce features, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Act as a bridge between technical teams and business users to facilitate system enhancements. Conduct data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation to support decision-making. Assist in testing new Salesforce functionalities and provide user training. Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates and recommend best practices. Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support. Requirements: Experience: 4+ years as a Business Analyst/Product Analyst with Salesforce experience. Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other relevant modules. Ability to gather, document, and analyze business requirements effectively. Experience with Salesforce reports, dashboards, and workflow automation. Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator) are a plus.
