Salesforce Business Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Salesforce Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business process analysis, hands-on Salesforce experience, and a passion for delivering scalable CRM solutions aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities: Engage with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements and current workflows. Translate business needs into functional specifications , user stories, and Salesforce solution designs . Partner with Salesforce administrators and developers to configure Salesforce objects, automation (Flows/Workflows), validation rules, and dashboards. Support testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) , regression testing, and issue resolution. Facilitate workshops, system demonstrations, and user training sessions as a liaison between business and technical teams . Monitor and ensure data integrity , assist in Salesforce integrations , and manage user roles, access, and security settings . Document processes, maintain system knowledge bases, and support end-user adoption. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 8+ years of overall Business Analyst experience , with at least 2+ years in Salesforce projects . Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud functionalities. Proficient in creating reports, dashboards , and data visualizations within Salesforce. Hands-on experience with Salesforce automation (Flows, Workflows), data models , and field-level security . Excellent analytical and business process modeling skills. Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities. Preferred Skills: Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Certified Business Analyst , Administrator , Sales Cloud Consultant ). Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using tools like Jira or Confluence . Familiarity with API integrations , AppExchange products , and third-party tools .
