Job Title: Salesforce BAJob Location- HyderabadWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Salesforce Business Analyst with expertise in Sales Cloud to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and optimizing Salesforce Sales Cloud to align with organizational goals. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, translating business needs into technical solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation and enhancement of Salesforce Sales Cloud functionalities.Key Responsibilities:Requirement Gathering and Analysis:Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and pain points.Conduct workshops, interviews, and document requirements to design Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions.Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.Sales Cloud Configuration and Customization:Work with technical teams to configure Sales Cloud features such as Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, and Campaigns.Define and manage Sales Cloud customizations, including page layouts, workflows, validation rules, and Lightning components.Recommend and implement enhancements to optimize Sales Cloud functionality.Solution Design and Documentation:Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories for development teams.Create process flow diagrams, wireframes, and documentation to support solution design.Ensure solutions align with Salesforce best practices and scalability requirements.Stakeholder Collaboration:Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment.Provide insights and recommendations for maximizing Sales Cloud features to drive business outcomes.Lead training sessions and workshops for end-users to ensure adoption of Salesforce solutions.Testing and Deployment:Collaborate with QA teams to ensure the accuracy and quality of delivered solutions.Support deployment and post-implementation activities, including troubleshooting and user feedback integration.Reporting and Analytics:Leverage Salesforce reporting and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.Help configure and optimize Sales Cloud reports and dashboards to track KPIs like lead conversion rates, sales performance, and pipeline metrics.Qualifications:Required Skills and Experience:Proven Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud: Deep understanding of core Sales Cloud functionalities (Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, Campaigns).Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose solutions.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise between technical and non-technical teams effectively.Documentation Skills: Proficient in creating detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process diagrams.Testing and QA: Experience with defining and executing test cases to ensure quality delivery.Familiarity with Salesforce reporting and dashboards.Knowledge of Salesforce integrations (e.g., APIs, middleware tools like MuleSoft)Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like DevOpsFamiliarity with third-party Salesforce tools (e.g., Outreach, Pardot, Tableau CRM).Understanding of broader CRM strategies and systems.Soft Skills:Problem-solving mindset and ability to think critically.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Adaptability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Education and Experience:Bachelordegree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar role, with a focus on Sales Cloud
