About the Role:
We are looking for a performance-driven Sales Manager – Team Leader to join our Kolhapur team. This role is ideal for professionals who have experience in managing field sales teams and driving consistent business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of field sales executives
• Guide the team to meet individual and group sales targets
• Identify new customer segments and expand business reach
• Support the team with field visits and client meetings
• Review sales reports and ensure accurate documentation
• Provide regular coaching, feedback, and motivation to the team
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure service quality
• Ensure adherence to organizational sales processes and compliance norms

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduation is mandatory
• Minimum 2 years of relevant sales and team handling experience
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Good communication and problem-solving ability
• Must be comfortable with fieldwork in and around Kolhapur
