Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in preparing technical proposals, product documentation, and quotations.
  • Proficiency in using online portals and government e-marketplaces.
  • Manage the entire tender process, from initial inquiry to final submission, including documentation and compliance.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update accurate customer data, sales activities, and follow-up tasks.
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the sales team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree / Diploma in Engineering.
  • Experience: Min. 1–2 years of experience in a sales support.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Hands on experience of SAP System.
  • Good command over English and excellent communication skills.
