Company: V M Bakery Products Pvt. Ltd. Location: All districts of Coastal Andhra Pradesh Experience: 6 months to 3 years CTC Range: INR 15,000 - INR 20,000/month + Allowances + Daily Sales Incentives Type: Full-time | Field-Based Position Summary We are looking for energetic field sales representatives to drive daily sales of breads, buns, cupcakes, and puffs to local kiranas, tea stalls, and bakeries. Reporting To: District Sales Officer / Sales Manager Collaborates With: Local Distributor, Factory Dispatch Team, Market Merchandisers Key Responsibilities - Visit 40-50 retailers daily to collect orders and deliver products - Promote fresh bakery items in tea stalls, kiranas, and roadside vendors - Ensure timely delivery, stock rotation, and shelf hygiene - Maintain strong customer relations and collect payments (if applicable) - Report daily sales data and market feedback Candidate Requirements - Prior field sales experience preferred (bread/dairy/beverages) - Familiarity with the assigned geography - Ownership of 2-wheeler or auto (preferred) - Hardworking, punctual, and target-driven
