Role & responsibilities

Initiate
cold calls
to potential customers and explain our construction services confidently.
Engage leads via
WhatsApp
,
calls
, and other digital mediums to generate interest and convert prospects.
Follow up daily
with all assigned leads to maintain strong engagement and build trust.
Maintain and update lead status in the CRM or internal tracking systems.
Assist in generating and qualifying leads for the sales team to take forward.
Work closely with the marketing and sales team to align messaging and improve outreach.
Maintain a positive and professional tone in all client interactions.

Preferred candidate profile

Freshers only
(No prior experience required; training will be provided).
Strong verbal communication skills in
English
and
Kannada
(mandatory).
Must be confident and
bold in speaking
with new people.
Passionate about sales, communication, and customer interaction.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain persistence.
Must be proactive, energetic, and self-motivated.
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel, and internet research is a plus.
