Your typical day will involve managing sales pursuits and ensuring successful outcomes for the organization. Roles & Responsibilities:- Lead and manage sales pursuits, ensuring successful outcomes for the organization.- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure successful delivery of solutions to clients.- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior sales team members, ensuring their success and growth within the organization. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Sales Pursuit Management- Good To Have Skills: Salesforce B2B Commerce- Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques, including lead generation, qualification, and closing.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes for clients. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 18 years of experience in Sales Pursuit Management.- The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in business, marketing, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful sales outcomes.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
