Job Profile: - Oversee Pre sales Operations. - Oversee Post Sales Operations. - WI Creating & revision - Supplement the efforts of team colleagues . - Commercial - ADCS, all dues, product pricing, commission approval. - Sales & Marketing material coordination - Support sales team . - Training material preparation & induction of new joinee. - Company image building. - Marketing Campaign. Requirements: - min 15 years in back office with at least 4 years in a senior position in a engineering company (trading or manufacturing) with at least 5 persons reporting to him/her in the present job. - Graduate, any stream - Well versed with sales & post sales process - Must have experience to delegate & supervise work quality - efficiency - Able to take the responsibility & work load - Able to maintain accountability of the team, be a guide as well. - Fluent in communications, multilingual Interested Candidate may share resume on hr2@eecindia.com
