Job Description

Identify and target potential clients through cold calls, emails, networking, and online research.
Pitch recruitment services to HR managers, hiring leads, and business owners.
Understand client hiring needs and offer tailored recruitment solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Negotiate terms of business agreements and close sales.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are fulfilled.
Maintain accurate records of all sales and client interactions in CRM tools.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and labor market developments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,158.78 - ₹17,000.00 per month
