Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in any discipline. - 0-2 years of experience in related field. - Strong understanding of the US IT market and job market trends. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. - Fluency in English is a must. - Knowledge of recruitment software and tools. - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings. Work Environment: - This is a full-time role based in Jaipur, India - English is the primary language spoken in the office, and fluency is required for this role.
