Job Summary:

The Sales Manager – Urology Division is responsible for leading sales operations within the assigned territory or region for the Urology product line. This role involves driving revenue growth, managing a team of sales representatives, developing strong relationships with urologists, hospitals, and healthcare providers, and executing strategic plans to expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement territory sales plans aligned with division goals.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for urology products.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including urologists, surgeons, procurement heads, and KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders).
• Organize CME (Continuing Medical Education) programs, product demos, and scientific discussions.
• Identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt strategies.
• Explore new territories and contribute to product positioning and branding efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
• 4+ years' of sales experience
• Strong clinical and product knowledge in the urology space.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle field operations efficiently.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
