We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Sales Manager (SM) to oversee and grow our business in a designated region of India. The SM will lead our team, manage our network, and develop strategic relationships with hospitals, purchase officers, doctors, and other key persons in hospitals to drive sustainable business revenue. Principal Roles and Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals including sales, overall office & team management, and new business development. Lead and manage the local team to smoothly run the operations. Build strong relationships with key accounts, doctors, and other key stake holders in hospitals. Ensure customer satisfaction and identify growth opportunities. Conduct regular market visits to monitor territory coverage, product visibility, pricing, and competitor activity. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree. MBA is preferred. Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in Health Care Industry. Promising freshers may also apply. Strong understanding of hospitals, customer (doctors) behavior, and other dynamics in the business. Existing relationships within the healthcare industry will be an advantage. Ability to work independently, handle a team, and travel extensively within the city / region. Proficient in using MS Office, CRM tools, and data analytics platforms.
