Job Description

The role of a Sales Manager involves leading and managing a team to achieve set sales and customer satisfaction targets for the department. Your duties and responsibilities will include ensuring all targets are achieved as per the plan, motivating and leading the team, and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing a pleasant dealership experience. It will be your responsibility to improve customer satisfaction scores, coach and mentor subordinates, and create a conducive working atmosphere at the dealership. Additionally, you will need to ensure timely generation of reports, analyze them, and take corrective actions as required. Adherence to processes, meeting customers for feedback, and understanding competitor activity through mystery shops are also key aspects of the role. You must be able to analyze dealership SSI scores and implement corrective actions, manage inventory, and oversee training and development. Furthermore, you will need to liaise with the manufacturer regarding vehicle ordering, finance, schemes, and activities, as well as with financial institutions, insurance companies, RTO, and other allied businesses.,
