Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our team in the banking industry. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 8 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
Roles and Responsibility

Lead generation through BDMs and channel partners to achieve business targets.

Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to increase customer satisfaction.

Manage dealer relationships with local dealerships, TML dealers, and territory managers to ensure effective sales strategies.

Maintain data related to TML retail and TMF market share at assigned territories and report to Zonal Sales head.

Train and guide BDMs to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Ensure all BDMs and dealer sales teams are aware of policies related to TMF product offerings.

Job

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide BDMs.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationship building with customers and dealers.

Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.

Strong understanding of sales principles and practices, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Experience in managing and leading high-performing teams, focusing on achieving business targets and objectives.
