About Olivlife:


Olivlife is a fast-growing brand in the mobile accessories and electronics space, focused on delivering value-driven, high-quality products for everyday tech users. We’re expanding our physical distribution network across India and are looking for a strong sales leader to drive this growth.



Role Objective:


Establish and expand Olivlife’s offline presence through a network of distributors, retailers, and local sales partners across key regions. Build market share, ensure visibility, and drive primary and secondary sales.



Key Responsibilities:


1. Distribution & Market Expansion

• Appoint and onboard channel partners (distributors, stockists, sub-stockists) in target geographies

• Open new retail counters across general trade, mobile shops, and electronics outlets

• Ensure full coverage of assigned territory through beat planning and field execution


2. Sales Management

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly primary and secondary sales targets

• Plan and execute push schemes, trade incentives, and sell-out initiatives

• Monitor distributor performance and stock levels to avoid outages or overstocking


3. Visibility & Merchandising

• Implement POS materials, display stands, and branding assets at counters

• Ensure visibility of key SKUs in A/B category outlets


4. Team & Partner Management

• Recruit and manage field sales executives (FSEs) or feet-on-street teams as needed

• Train distributor salesmen on product USPs and pitch

• Conduct regular market visits and joint working with partners


5. Reporting & Feedback

• Maintain daily/weekly sales trackers

• Share ground-level feedback on pricing, competition, product performance

• Coordinate with central team for product availability and promotional support



Qualifications & Experience:

• 4-8 years of experience in offline distribution in Consumer Electronics/Mobile Accessories

• Strong network with general trade distributors and retailers

• Regional language fluency is a plus

• Hands-on with Excel/CRM for sales tracking
