Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard new clients in sectors like hotels, cafes, hospitals, gyms, and retailers.
• Build strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and modern trade outlets.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct in-store and field activations to boost brand visibility and product trials.
• Educate clients about Tropiko’s health benefits, cost advantages, and usage versatility.
• Track competitor activity and provide market insights for strategic decisions.
• Work closely with the marketing team for BTL activations, promotions, and sampling drives.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in FMCG/Beverage or Health product sales (field sales experience a plus)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Ability to explain product benefits with clarity and confidence
• Comfortable with local travel and market visits
• Graduate in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field preferred
