Job Title: Sales Manager – Real Estate (Belgaum Location)

Location: Kakati, Belgaum, Karnataka
Experience: 2 to 5 Years in Sales (Preferred in Real Estate)
Salary: ₹5,00,000 – ₹6,00,000 per annum
Relocation Preference: Candidates currently based in Bangalore and open to relocating to Belgaum

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager for our Kakati (Belgaum) location. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales, preferably in the real estate sector, and be willing to relocate from Bangalore to Belgaum.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales for residential and commercial real estate projects in the Belgaum region.
• Manage leads generated via various marketing channels and follow up with potential buyers.
• Understand customer requirements and offer suitable project options.
• Conduct site visits, property presentations, and close deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to generate referrals and repeat business.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to execute local promotional strategies.
• Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activity in Belgaum.

Candidate Profile:

• 2 to 5 years of proven experience in sales (real estate or related sectors preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to relocate from Bangalore to Belgaum (relocation support may be discussed).
• Target-driven and self-motivated with a go-getter attitude.
• Familiarity with the local Belgaum market will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
