Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
● Drive B2C interior sales and meet monthly revenue targets
● Generate leads through field visits, events, cold calling & referrals
● Consult with clients, understand requirements, and close deals
● Coordinate with design & project teams for seamless execution
● Manage client meetings, site visits, and relationship building
● Mentor and guide a small sales team toward collective goals
● Monitor pipeline, track performance, and provide sales forecasts
Requirements:
● 3–5 years of experience in interior sales, real estate, or luxury sectors
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills
● Proven track record of achieving sales targets
● Comfortable with CRM tools, MS Office, and on-ground activities
● Fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
