Job Description




The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve company sales goals and objectives. This role requires a strong background in sales and a passion for driving revenue and building customer relationships. The Sales Manager will develop and implement effective sales strategies, manage staff performance, and analyze sales data to make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve corporate revenue targets.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to improve performance and achieve targets.
  • Recruit, train, and onboard new sales staff.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and threats in the industry.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and presentations to senior management.
  • Develop pricing strategies and proposals based on market demand and competition.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations regarding sales practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in a relevant industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales metrics and performance analysis.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
