Job Description

Job Title: Sales Line Executive

Location:

Lower Parel, Mumbai

Experience:

1–3 years

Role Summary

Act as the first point of contact for inbound sales calls. Guide customers through product selection, customization, and order placement while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle sales inquiries over phone with professionalism
Recommend products based on customer needs
Guide customers on sizing, fabrics, and customization
Convert inquiries into confirmed sales
Maintain accurate CRM records (Freshdesk)
Coordinate with store and production teams for order accuracy

Key Skills

1–3 years of experience in sales or customer service (retail/fashion/e-commerce preferred)
Excellent verbal communication in English; Hindi/regional languages a plus
Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Convert customers over the call as well
Familiar with CRM tools and phone systems
Energetic, patient, and service-oriented personality
