Sandhata is looking for a high-energy, results-driven Sales Lead to drive business growth in India, Middle East & APAC. This role will focus on expanding our enterprise client base, particularly in banking, telecom, and large enterprises, by selling our expertise in DevSecOps, Integration, Digital Transformation, and Low Code & Automation. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and exceptional communication skills. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth in India. Build and nurture C-level relationships with key decision-makers. Identify and close new business opportunities, leveraging Sandhata s proven success stories. Lead propositions with delivery and pre-sales teams to position Sandhata s solutions effectively. Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive client engagement. Experience Required 10+ years of enterprise IT sales experience , preferably in DevOps, Cloud, Integration, or Digital Transformation services. Strong ability to articulate the business value of solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Skilled in sales strategy , pipeline creation & management, forecasting, and driving sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Proven track record of closing high-value deals in banking, telecom, or large enterprises. Experience in building and managing client relationships at C-level (CIOs, IT Directors, Procurement Heads). Strong understanding of India as we'll as experience of the Middle East and APAC s IT services market, industry trends, and competitor landscape. Expertise in consultative selling , understanding client pain points and aligning solutions accordingly. Ability to qualify, structure, present and close complex enterprise deals, including RFP responses and multi-year engagements. Experience in leading and mentoring sales teams , setting targets, providing guidance, and driving a high-performance sales culture. Experience working with Zoho CRM is desirable.
