Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, research, and prospect new B2B clients across the U.S. and Canada using outbound channels such as cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and virtual engagement.
  • Manage a sales pipeline of expired, new, and existing customer leads, ensuring accurate status tracking, timely follow-ups, and consistent communication.
  • Generate high-quality leads aligned with the companys sales strategy and target personas, nurturing and managing them within Salesforce CRM.
  • Develop persuasive sales messaging and custom pitches tailored to North American business contexts, industry verticals, and compliance requirements.
  • Qualify and prioritize leads based on buying intent, budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT) or other qualification frameworks.
  • Utilize market intelligence tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Crunchbase) to build detailed prospect profiles and uncover business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with inside sales, pre-sales, and marketing teams to create outbound campaigns that resonate with the North American audience.
  • Maintain frequent, professional contact with leads and clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings to build trust and long-term relationships.
  • Consistently update and manage lead information, contact history, and engagement activities in Salesforce CRM.
  • Communicate proactively with management regarding pipeline activity, lead quality, market feedback, and competitive intelligence.
  • Monitor and report performance against lead generation KPIs, including lead volume, conversion rates, and appointment setting goals.

Skills:

  • Extensive experience generating B2B leads for the North American market, with a deep understanding of cultural, commercial, and industry-specific nuances.
  • Strong outbound sales experience, including cold calling, email sequencing, LinkedIn outreach, and virtual client engagement.
  • Ability to craft compelling value propositions, leveraging a consultative and solution-oriented sales approach.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM for lead tracking, pipeline reporting, and sales coordination.
  • Comfortable with high activity levels and performance-based targets.
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) with professional fluency suitable for North American clients.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail in documentation and follow-up.
  • A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and drive for performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in outbound B2B sales/lead generation roles, preferably for international markets
  • Prior experience in selling or generating leads for technology, SaaS, or professional services firms
  • Experience working in a U.S. or Canada-facing sales team is highly preferred.
