Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities through lead generation activities.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by upselling/cross-selling relevant products/services to existing customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

  • 0-3 years of experience in BPO sales, telesales.
  • Strong communication skills for effective phone conversations with customers.
