Sales Executive

You will be working as a Sales Executive at VMC Steel, an IATF 16949:2016 certified company specializing in stainless steel products such as pipes, tubes, tubular components, and fabrication. The role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gautam Buddha Nagar. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and targeting potential customers, establishing and maintaining relationships with both existing and new clients, and meeting sales targets. You will be expected to create sales reports, conduct market research, visit leads and customers, as well as participate in sales meetings and presentations. Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining timely communication with clients are crucial aspects of this role. Key responsibilities include: - Increasing sales revenue and achieving monthly targets - Expanding the market area - Building and nurturing customer relationships - Identifying potential leads and converting them into customers - Coordinating with the production and dispatch department to ensure timely order deliveries - Providing timely updates to customers on their orders - Visiting and addressing quality complaints with the QC team The qualifications required for this role include strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent customer service abilities, proficiency in market research and sales strategy development, effective communication and interpersonal skills, experience in preparing sales reports and presentations, and ideally, experience in the steel industry. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is also preferred. The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of sales work experience. The salary range for this position is between INR 20,000 to INR 30,000 per month, with additional travel allowance.,
