Job Description

Position: Sales Executive

Experience : Min 4+yrs of retail sales exp from Building Material Industry. Should have handling Dealers,distributors,Retailers

Salary : Upto 8LPA

Reports to : ASM or RSM

Location : Aurangabad ,Gurugram, Mangalore ,Jabalpur ,Kanpur ,Mumbai,Thane,Guwahati

ONROLL Job Opportunity

* Retail Coverage: Manage the established retail network through journey plans and ensure stock placement in visible shelf spaces.

* Market Expansion: Increase product reach, grow the number of counters, develop new customers, and identify distributors for ASM.

* Secondary Sales: Conduct techno-commercial discussions with sub-dealers, traders, and end users to generate secondary sales.

* Channel Development: Build and strengthen the channel network through secondary orders, new product placements, and customer share shifts to achieve area targets.

* Stock Availability: Ensure the availability of our products at consumption points to prevent sales losses due to stockouts.

* Data Management: Record and manage sales data using designated systems and software.

* Market Activation: Collaborate with the activation team to build market presence.

* Retail Relations: Identify key retailers and establish strong relationships.

* Performance Evaluation: Conduct data analysis and self-evaluation to assess performance.

* Product Range: Ensure the complete range of products is sold.

* Merchandising: Execute product merchandising at retail outlets.

* Distributor Management: Manage retail distributors, including order booking, ensuring deliveries, and maintaining stock levels and credit limits as per company norms.
