Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies for agent recruitment, development, and retention to drive business growth.
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in the insurance industry to identify new opportunities for partnerships.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-6 years of experience in field sales or a related role within the insurance industry.
Proven track record of success in agency development, agent recruitment, and retention.
Strong understanding of health insurance products and services; knowledge of other types of insurance (e.g., life, disability) an asset.
Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with clients at all levels; strong negotiation skills required.
