Role Summary:

Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Styling

• Greet and assist walk-in customers with outfit selections based on their event, preferences, and sizing.
• Upsell accessories and complementary products to enhance the rental experience.
• Maintain deep knowledge of the product range, pricing, offers, and styling trends.
• Assist in coordinating lookbooks, mannequins, and display themes in-store.

Customer Service

• Offer a warm, personalized customer experience with a focus on customer delight.
• Manage appointment bookings, trial sessions, and explain rental terms clearly.
• Address walk-in, telephonic, and WhatsApp inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Handle escalations or complaints effectively and pass on unresolved concerns to the store manager.

Logistics & Inventory Handling

• Coordinate outfit pickups and returns, ensuring timely checks for damages or delays.
• Tag and arrange new inventory systematically as per standard operating procedures.
• Conduct daily stock checks and maintain accurate records.
• Liaise with delivery partners and ensure orders are dispatched and received on time.

Store Operations

• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
• Assist in store opening/closing duties, daily cash tallying, and reporting.
• Support event setups or customer shoots when needed.
• Follow all standard operating procedures and company guidelines diligently.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any field; a background in fashion or retail will be a plus.
• 1-2 years of experience in retail, customer service, or fashion styling preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A flair for fashion, attention to detail, and problem-solving attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic proficiency in using MS Office or POS systems.

Working Hours:

• 6 days a week (Weekly off on rotation basis)
• Timings: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
