Key Responsibilities: Could you make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services? Handle inbound calls, address customer inquiries, and resolve issues. You can build a relationship with customers to understand their needs and suggest appropriate solutions. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for sales, lead generation, or customer interactions. Could you collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve campaign effectiveness? Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in a telesales or Sales Executive role. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers. Proficiency in using teleselling software and CRM tools. Fluency in English and/or regional languages. Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
